Vallejo Homelessness Data:
How Pathfinders is Making a Difference

The Reality of the Barriers Vallejo homelessness data helps us understand the reality of the barriers our neighbors face every day. To gather this information, Pathfinders for Hope conducted an extensive field survey in 2025. Because our research focused on this Vallejo homelessness data, we found that 58% of unsheltered individuals cite a lack of reliable transportation as a primary hurdle. Consequently, they cannot access essential medical or social services easily. Without a consistent way to reach these offices, the path to stability remains out of reach for more than half of our community.

Bridging the Trust Gap Furthermore, our analysis of the Vallejo homelessness data revealed a deep “trust gap” in our current systems. For example, 60% of people surveyed reported previous negative experiences with existing agencies. Therefore, many individuals are now reluctant to seek further help from traditional sources. Pathfinders for Hope is working to change this narrative by providing consistent, reliable stability navigation. We believe that by repairing these relationships, we can more effectively guide individuals toward the housing and employment resources they deserve.

Why Your Support is Urgent Finally, the latest Vallejo homelessness data shows why your support is so critical right now. Beyond the adult population, the crisis affects our local youth deeply. Specifically, there are over 700 homeless students currently recorded within the Vallejo City Unified School District. We use this data to identify these specific gaps and build a more transparent way to serve. Your donations allow us to turn these statistics into real stories of success, housing, and long-term stability for every resident.
