We cannot provide immediate housing on the spot, but we can begin the process to connect you with sober livings, men’s and women’s homes, and other housing partners.
Pathfinders for Hope provides stable housing support through our Stability Navigation Program. Please note, we do not offer housing as a stand‑alone service for people only seeking housing. Our housing referrals are part of a broader program that also includes job preparation, mindset change, and life skills coaching.

Did you know that the State of California provides 6 months of housing support to those who qualify (see below), allow you time to complete our program and get back on your feet. Within 6 months, we will walk with you towards a stable future, breaking the cycle of homelessness in your life.
