Intake by phone · Open now
Need help? Pathfinders for Hope is here for you.
We do the heavy lifting: your intake, a barrier review, the calls to the agencies, and the follow-up.
Call us at (707) 205-7588 and we’ll help you reach the resources you need. We are not your ordinary nonprofit; we do the heavy lifting for you:
How we walk with you
- 01Intake we learn what you need.
- 02Barrier review we name what’s standing in your way.
- 03We call for you we contact the agencies, check the resource is really available, and set up the appointment.
- We stay until it’s confirmed then we do a warm handoff to that agency and check that you really got the help.
We can’t promise a resource will be open or that an agency will accept you; that depends on the agency. If you were turned away, handed another number to call, or never called back, tap Turned Away and fill out the form. We’ll call you to confirm what happened, record it, and keep working your case. If anyone you know was turned away, please report it too.
In danger right now? Call 911.

GATEHOUSE is our community platform, where Pathfinders for Hope does your intake, barrier review and the calls to agencies, in Vallejo and Solano County. Asking here does not put you in the North Bay Pilot, which we project to start around January 2027.
