What is Operation Iron Gate?

Operation Iron Gate is referral tracking and accountability software, built by the founder of Pathfinders for Hope. It follows each referral until the receiving agency confirms the person arrived, because a referral sent is not the same as a person served. Nothing closes into the unknown. Read what Operation Iron Gate is.

How can my agency or nonprofit take part in the North Bay Pilot?

Call (707) 205-7588 or email support@pathfindersforhope.org. Cohort 01 is recruiting organizations in Vallejo that send or receive referrals, provide resources, or represent public leadership. See your role in the North Bay Pilot.

When does the pilot launch?

The projected launch is January 2027. Nothing is running yet, so there are no results to report, and we will not claim any until there are.

Can my organization be listed as a resource?

Yes. Agencies in Vallejo and Solano County are listed in our agency directory. To add yours, or to correct a detail, call or email us with the change.

Why is there no street address?

Pathfinders for Hope does not publish a street address. The fastest way to reach us is by phone at (707) 205-7588 or by email at support@pathfindersforhope.org.

Can I follow the pilot if I am outside Vallejo?

Yes. The pilot runs in Vallejo, and anyone in the U.S. is welcome to follow it. Online sessions are listed on Operation Iron Gate events.
