Pathfinders for Hope Publishes Prelaunch Referral Standards for Vallejo Pilot
Pathfinders for Hope has published a public governance brief, sector workflow guides, and a results dashboard that defines what the Operation Iron Gate Vallejo Pilot will measure before the first verified pilot data exists.

Pathfinders for Hope today published the Referral Governance Brief and expanded the Vallejo Pilot Results Dashboard for Operation Iron Gate, a proposed confirmed-handoff referral system being developed with local organizations.
The public materials define authority, privacy, escalation, measurement, and correction rules in advance. The pilot has not launched, Pathfinders for Hope is not currently providing direct services through Operation Iron Gate, and no outcome figures are reported.
