Make contact.
Call 211 or 707-346-5870, email rcs@abode.org, visit the Vallejo resource center during current walk-in hours, or connect through an outreach worker or provider.

Complete an assessment.
Staff gathers information about your housing situation and needs, completes a Coordinated Entry assessment, and identifies programs for which you may be eligible.

Receive referrals based on eligibility and availability.
Possible connections may include housing, shelter, benefits, healthcare, behavioral health services, and other supports. Availability is not guaranteed.

Resource Connect Solano can assess your situation, record your information in the local homelessness-response system, and refer you to programs that may fit your needs and eligibility.

Completing an assessment does not guarantee housing, shelter, financial assistance, or immediate placement. Programs have their own eligibility rules and limited capacity.
