PUBLIC VALLEJO PILOT DASHBOARD

Vallejo Pilot Results Dashboard

A public reporting page for referral arrival, first contact, denials, and capacity barriers. The dashboard is online before launch so definitions are visible before any results are reported.

REPORTING PRINCIPLE

No numbers before verification

Operation Iron Gate is still being developed. These metric definitions are public now, but values will remain unreported until participating organizations begin the pilot and Pathfinders for Hope can verify the reporting period, denominator, and data-quality rules.

The page will distinguish a referral being sent from a referral being received, acted on, blocked, or completed.

METHOD NOTES

How future results will be read

Reporting period: Each release will state the dates covered and the date the page was updated.

Denominator: Rate metrics will state which authorized referrals are included and which records are excluded.

Privacy: Public reporting will use aggregate measures. It will not publish names, case notes, contact details, or referral-level personal information.

Quality: Missing or unresolved statuses will remain visible as data-quality or workflow gaps rather than being silently counted as successful handoffs.
